AVA: Dry Creek Valley
Cellaring: 1 to 10 years
Production: 307 cases
Composition: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon & 5% Malbec
Tasting Notes:
Bold dark flavors of currant, violets and coffee bean tantalize the nose. The luscious mid-palate impression is comprised of dark boysenberry preserves, spice, and hazelnut framed in medium toasted French oak. The finish is seamless melding the rich silky extracted tannins with wild berries bound in minerality and accented with a smidgen of mocha-laced cacao.
