Vibrant aromas of cherry blossoms, wild huckleberry laced with savory baking spices bound with wisteria blossoms offers a great medley of harmonious nuances on the nose. The palate showcases ripe elderberry, briary black fruit layered with black fig, and complex spices of allspice, cardamom, and a smidgen of cacao all framed with velvety tannins.
